Description

Prelude to Darkness is a dark fantasy shareware RPG featuring a skill-based party, tactical combat, and a huge, unique world of hundreds of NPCs and quests. Two human races have dwelt peacefully in the river Valley watched over by the protective Goddess for a millenia. But times change and tensions grow. The People of the River are no longer content with the new comers, the Children of the Flame and terrorism and murder are on the rise while crops are failing. You must seek out the source of this Rebellion as clandestine agents for the Watcher of the Valley.
