Doka Clock Description

Doka Clock is a lightweight desktop clock that comes with alarm features and a very basic GUI.
There’s only little to configure about Doka Clock and none of the available options concern the way the clock looks, so you are stuck with the standard appearance.
Sadly, the clock is placed by default in the top right corner of the screen and you can’t change its position.
The only thing you can do is to set up new alarms via a dedicated screen that can be accessed by clicking on the clock we were talking about.
Configuring a new alarm is as easy as writing down the time and the date, while a separate option gives you the power to input a message and even select a program to be launched at the defined time.
Doka Clock doesn’t even come with a System Tray icon or a Taskbar button, so you can’t minimize it. The clock remains always on top, which can be very frustrating when watching a movie for example.
Besides the current time, the desktop clock also shows the date, the current day of the week and the keyboard language.
Doka Clock works okay on all Windows versions and doesn’t affect system performance at all. It doesn’t require special user privileges on Windows 7 machines.
To sum up, Doka Clock is a basic desktop clock that has slight chances to succeed with such a small number of configuration options, regardless if we’re talking about the alarm tools or the appearance of the clock.
