Garmin ANT Agent is an application that allows you to connect to Garmin ANT devices and transfer fitness data from them to your computer.
It works in tandem with the USB stick and Garmin Connect. The application installs easily and fast. Once installed you need to insert the USB stick and Garmin ANT Agent automatically begins its scan to find the devices. Keep in mind that the device needs to be in a maximum of 1 meter from the USB stick for the pairing process to work. If the device has never been previously connected, you get a notification window that asks whether you want to pair with the device or not.
From that point on, all you have to do is confirm the information exchange and wait until Garmin ANT Agent transfers the data to Garmin Connect.
