Normfall Manager

Normfall Manager 4.0 is the universal solution that combines powerful outlining capabilities with references to precise locations within documents (by page number, bookmark etc.) online and offline, in DMS (planned) or Outlook, and in the file system by its own administration or by yours.

Easily build outlines of any size, share with others. Organize document content by outline. Create targets within documents using add-ins for office, e-mail and Acrobat applications.

Developed for lawyers viewing and organizing documents in very extensive lawsuits (Team Edition), Normfall Manager now has many other applications. Personal organizer: like a hierarchical scribble-pad, its simpler than an organizer and better than a notepad (Basic Edition). Knowledge manager: a central TOC for all your knowledge (Professional Edition). Document outliner: create the outline of your work already with notes or full text, move chapters around, then convert to Word format (Professional Edition). Team repository: organize your entire projects information in one location (Team Edition). All this in a user-friendly and robust desktop application.

To administrators: It is auto-deployable and comes with an Administration Kit for centralized configuration.

Normfall Manager is not a DMS. But for many purposes, its better suited than a DMS, because its user-centric, bureaucracy-free and easy to administer. There are plans for integration with existing DMS to build a personal document management on top of the organization-level document management.
