As the name of this software implies, PLiska Image Resizer allows you to change the size of your image files. The tool can be easily handled by all users, regardless of their experience level.
The interface of the application is based on a standard window in which you can import image files by using either the file browser or "drag and drop" method. Batch processing is allowed.
So, you can change the width and height of the pictures, or make the dimension larger than a particular value (measured in pixels).
Furthermore, you can set the filename pattern (prefix and suffix), as well as enable PLiska Image Resizer to replace existing images. During conversion you can check out a progress bar and log file.
The image processing tool takes up a moderate amount of system resources, has a good response time, quickly finishes a task and manages to keep a good image quality after resizing. No errors have popped up during our testing and PLiska Image Resizer did not freeze or crash.
On the other hand, there is no help file available and you cannot preview resulted images. Plus, the interface needs some improvements. We recommend PLiska Image Resizer with some reservations.
