WinCybercafe Internet Cafe Software or, in short WinCC, is a tool especially created to ease the management of an Internet cafe business. Its purpose is to allow the operator to fully control remote workstations and send messages to the customers, so as to notify them that their allocated time is about to be over.
WinCybercafe Internet Cafe Software is based on a client-server architecture. As you might imagine, the server side must be installed on the central computer, whereas the client side needs to be deployed on all the workstations in the network. A mandatory system restart is required for the client application to work properly.
The server side supports multiple users and various security levels with more or less access restrictions, allowing the owner and the employees to access it using their own username and password.
The client PCs can be automatically detected, but you can also add an additional station manually.
WinCybercafe Internet Cafe Software enables you to set the charge rate for both members and non-members, automatically calculating the cost that corresponds to the time a client spent using a computer.
All the workstations are displayed within the main window, allowing the operator to log the user out, add a new deposit, change the PC or send messages remotely. Furthermore, there is a customizable list of products (coffee, snacks etc.) that the operator can sell. New suppliers and departments can be easily added to the inventory.
