Description

This one is for the puzzle fans that get easily addicted to a great game. Introducing Cubrick, a 3D exploration puzzle that has a real chance of totally messing with your mind.

A puzzle game created to delightfully confuse you

Cubrick is designed out of the appreciation of all things minimalistic and the understanding of the saying, “less is more”. In this game you will have the task of navigating a little cube across multiple platforms until it reaches the end-level one.
It sounds simple enough, it looks simple enough and yet that’s very far from the truth. There is no path you can simply walk on, switching perspectives until you get it right. In Cubrick you will have to build the path while transitioning through more than one perspectives, hopefully getting it right on the first try because there is a chance that the more blocks you add, the more you will end up confusing yourself

Simple and elegant graphics backed up by wonderful audio

Cubrick is minimal in design but manages to maximize the amount of thought you put into it while playing. Finishing the first level isn’t all that hard. You will be able to build floors, walls and hinges that allow rotation on one axis. The latter are your key components into solving the puzzles while also being your worst nightmare.
For example, in the second puzzle you get two end-level pads which you have to reach, on a significantly more complex structure than the previous, and once you land on the first, the entire 3D design starts to rotate around several hinges. Since you can’t really view the entire structure which is now a mechanism, it challenges you to mentally recreate and predict the movement of blocks and possible paths.
Of course, the game isn’t built to be frustratingly difficult. Alongside adding new blocks you can destroy them, enable or disable hinge movement, and you can even create clones and switch between them. Don’t worry though, you can’t really control them independently, they all move in a mirror-like pattern which you will have to figure out.

Strongly recommended if you’re looking for a great puzzle game

On a closing note, Cubrickis is by all means a game worth playing. It delivers basic mechanics that are well used, simple gameplay that makes you focus on plenty of things at the same time and last but not least, it truly challenges you.
