Qik Chess in an online multiplayer game of strategy that is fast paced and unique in many ways. Qik Chess is written in Visual Basic 6. It utilizes the Microsoft Winsock Control in connecting to opponents via LAN or the Internet. The User Profiles, Game Results and Rankings/Statistical information are housed in a high-performance SQL Server Database. This allows for maximum speed and flexibility and seemless gameplay. Loaded with features and having very minimal system requirements, Qik Chess is the Internets premier pick for players of all skill levels.

Current features: fast-paced, head to head, online multiplayer chess. Wage war via LAN or Internet. Status modes - Online, Offline, Playing in a Game, and Awaiting a Challenge.
