‘You. Me. Hell.’ That can go in a lot of ways if you want to dig into the semantics. In this case, it means exactly what most of you might think, it’s about the hell that each one creates for the other while in a relationship. You. Me. Hell. is a game in which you will have to dig deep into that kind of a scenario and see how things can be brought back on the right track.
A well written story with an adequately inappropriate delivery
You. Me. Hell. is a point and click like so many others out there but that applies only to the mechanics. You move around and interact by clicking, there are some puzzles to solve and you get most of the clues by chatting with the characters you meet throughout the game.
Those are the only things that You. Me. Hell. has in common with other games from the genre, the rest ranges from unusual to straight up freaky. There’s no doubt about it, the story and conversations in this game will be some of the strangest and funniest you have come across in a long time.
Looking at the way it’s written, You. Me. Hell. is clever, fun, charming, weird (the perfect blend of the good and bad kind ) and most important of all, you never feel the need to skip any sentence in a conversation between the characters.
Simple visuals and a great soundtrack that create a spot on atmosphere
In the looks department, You. Me. Hell. is designed to somehow be in total contradiction with what’s actually going on in the game. It looks like child’s play, harmless, but it puts you face to face with some seriously serious issues. After all, it’s meant to have you analyze, understand and fix broken relationship between a boy and a girl.
You know what they say, some of the most difficult things to say are said in the form of jokes. You. Me. Hell. is full of humor and really good jokes.
A game that’s on the mature side without overdoing it… too often
When it comes to You. Me. Hell., the story is the core of it all. It’s strange, at times awkward, funny and thought provoking and strange again (yes, it needs to be mentioned twice). So, if you’re over your teen years, You. Me. Hell. is a game that might make a lot of sense to you.
It’s about people who are trapped in their own versions of hell.
