4TOPS Document Management is an addin to create and manage documents using your MS Access Database. Create documents with content from your database. Instantly find and share documents. View all information on the document in an Access form. All file management functions (edit, rename, delete, etc.) supported.
Creating Word documents is very powerful because it places data from the database directly into new documents. It can create documents not matter how complex the data to be merged!
Here are some key features of "Document Management in MS Access XP":
ï¿ Document Creation: The system uses 4TOPS Word® Link and 4TOPS Excel® Link to create documents, if required filled with data from the Access database.
ï¿ Document Storage: Using the storage tab in Word Link you can determine where you want to store documents (folder related to type of document, author, client, record field, etcetera) and how to name them (record field, using a custom function, etcetera)
ï¿ Document retrieval: 4TOPS Search Assistant is included to let you define any selection you like on available document records (author, date changed, type of document, name, etcetera ).
