ACA Color Picker Description
ACA Color Picker is a lightweight software application developed specifically for helping you pick colors from your screen and view the corresponding CMY, decimal, hexadecimal, HSB/HSV, HSL, HTML, and RGB values.
Clean design
The tool reveals a well-structured suite of features. You may also appeal to a help manual in case you do not manage to set up the dedicated parameters on your own. The utility offers support for a real-time screen preview as soon as you start moving the mouse cursor over a color on the desktop.
Get info about color codes
ACA Color Picker gives you the possibility to select the preferred format used for displaying the color codes. The information is shown directly in the main window.
What’s more, you are offered the freedom to create a list with your favorite color codes and automatically copy color code data to the clipboard so you can paste it into other third-party programs.
You may also show or hide several advanced parameters in/from the primary panel. The advanced options are implemented for helping you tweak the hue, saturation, luminance, and RGB values, and pick a color from the built-in palette in order to view the corresponding color code information.
Other important configuration settings worth being mentioned enable you to show the results using different output modes (standard, bytes, percentage, or decimal), save the color lists to a plain text file and import data in your future projects, adjust the zoom level, export the color list to Adobe Color File (.aco), keep the main window on top of other panels, and reassign hotkeys for picking colors and zooming in or out.
Final remarks
To sum things up, ACA Color Picker comes packed with several handy features for helping you find out all types of color codes. It comes in handy especially for web designers and programmers.
