AddItUp Description
Do you have a lot of numbers that needs adding or subtracting ? Perhaps worked hours in a timesheet report or items prices on an invoice or to quickly verify that a group of numbers add up to a certain value?. Well, you have found just the application to do that and its called AddItUp. Best of all, its completely free. All you need to do is install it, run it and plug in your numbers - one per line - and see the end result. AddItUp sums a lot of numbers considering a custom defined decimal separator. The "," and ". " are the two default ones which you can easily switch at a press of a button. But you can easily use any other decimal separator character or a group of decimal separator characters like ",,", ". ", ",,;", ". ;", ";", ",;,", ",;. ", "you name it" etc. Each number should be entered on its own line. "+" and "-" signs are supported. You will also know when a line holds a value which cannot be converted to a number, for this you need to check the Message box at the bottom of the application window. The resulting sum is shown using three representations (Double, Decimal and Integer) for the whole number and using two representations (Double and Decimal) for the fractional part of the number. Each result can be copied into the Clipboard easily at a press of a single button.
