AdFreedom is an handy and user-friendly software solution created to help you block the display of banners and advertisements when surfing the Internet, being able to remove them from all the popular browsers.

Intuitive and accessible usage

Subsequent to a brief and uneventful installation process, the application will launch and retreat automatically to your notification area, where it can be accessed by right-clicking its menu.
From the system tray menu, you can adjust the functioning parameters of AdFreedom, the ‘Settings’ section enabling you to activate or deactivate it from running automatically at Windows startup, for instance.

Prevent the display of adverts when browsing the Internet

The utility is capable of blocking advertisements without too much effort, from the most commonly used web browsers, namely Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera and Safari. This way, you can reduce the amount of resources consumed when surfing the Internet, as the banners will no longer load and eat up bandwidth or track your online preferences.
Normally, a logo along with a message informing you of the fact that an advertisement has been removed, will appear in the ads' place. However, only by registering for an account will the program leave the space entirely blank.
In the lower right-corner of your browser’s page, AdFreedom features a preferences button which helps you decide whether to allow or disallow ads on a specific page or website, as well as to ‘Pause Filtering’. You can even choose in which corner to show the preferences button.
