AgendaSIC is an efficient and user-friendly piece of software created to offer you the means of thoroughly organizing your contacts’ information, enabling you to keep them separated into several categories, so you can quickly find their details whenever you need them.

Simple and practical appearance

The interface of the application is quite attractive and easy to understand, making it approachable even for people with limited levels of experience in working with computers.
The main window of AgendaSIC allows you to browse through the entries alphabetically, displaying them under several additional tabs, for quick access, namely ‘Recent’, ‘Favorites’ or ‘Birthdays’.

Create categories and add contacts

For starters, you will need to populate the program, you have two main options: add your contacts manually, one by one, or import them from a previously created database, the latter being significantly less time consuming.
AgendaSIC allows you to create several groups of contacts, letting you place them in corresponding ‘Categories’, which you can define yourself, for instance ‘Work’, ‘Customer’, ‘Supplier’, ‘Friends’, etc.
To add a new contact, you need to press the assigned button at the top of the main window, then begin entering the name, select the proper category, the type (‘Natural Person’ vs. ‘Legal Person’). You can also input their birth date and a picture of them or their fiscal ID. From the ‘Details’ tab, you can also add the their address, along with various notes that are relevant for that individual.
AgendaSIC features a ‘Backup Manager’ that enables you to create copies of your data, thus ensuring that any loss of information is not permanent. In addition, the tool lets you ‘Lock’ the access to its contents based on a user-defined ‘Passport’, so all personal details of your contacts are kept secure.
