AltMP stands for Alternative Media Player, a free alternative to media player, with DVD player included.

Notes:

ï¿­ Audio extraction (as .wav and as .mp3) needs two Microsoft DirectShow filters
(DirectX SDK samples) (dump.ax "Dump" and wavdest.ax "WAV Dest")
registered on the system.
ï¿­ DVD playing needs MPEG 2 Video / Audio decoder(s) DirectShow filter(s)
registered on the system.
Requirements:
