Anant Reader Description

Anant reader is an ebook reading application for consuming formats like EPUB, Fiction-book (FB2), HTML. It can render eBook content as good as a browser based reading applications. Anant Reader is portable and carries small footprint, about 3.5 MB.

There are number of ebook readers out there but the goal behind making this another reader was to bring about a lightweight, fast and handy ebook reader for the most platforms including Windows, Linux and Android. Ease of use is going to be a key point.

Current state:

* EPUB, FictionBook (FB2) and HTML files can be viewed* Support for fixed layout EPUB.* A proprietary DRM extension.* CSS/ CSS-2 style attributes supported.* Support for audio/video - to be added

Note that reader is currently under active development and expected to change a lot in near future. A beta release is available for evaluation, a download link can be found at the bottom of this page.
