Ant Access Viewer

Ant Access Viewer is a lightweight and portable application that allows you to view, edit and export data from Microsoft Access files, namely MDB format. It is very simple to use, as it comes packed with limited options.
Since installation is not an issue, you can just drop the executable file somewhere on the hard disk and click it to run.
It is also possible to move Ant Access Viewer to a USB flash disk or similar storage unit, in order to run it on any computer with minimum effort.
What's more, the Windows Registry does not get new entries, and leftover files are not kept on the hard disk after removing the utility.
The interface is based on a regular window with a plain layout, where you can import MDB files using the file browser only, since drag-and-drop is not supported.
So, you can view the available tables, SQL queries, and table contents, insert new records or delete selected ones, refresh contents, as well as export data to an external file. There are no other options available through this tool.
Ant Access Viewer is low-demanding when it comes to CPU and RAM, so it doesn't affect the overall performance of the computer. It is very responsive to commands and works well, without causing Windows to hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. Unfortunately, Ant Access Viewer has not been updated for a very long time, and it includes limited features.
