Managing e-mails: an integrated HTML editor allows you to create in a few minutes content based on the data associated to the recipient. The mixed messages (text plus HTML) are automatically managed. Managing mailing lists: each recipient is associated to one or more lists. A direct link with your corporate databases enables you to do a direct sending without using a mailing list. Tracking customers: subscription and the un-subscription management is completely automated. No manual intervention is needed. An HTML report is generated for all campaigns. A drill down tool, which is used to analyze all the collected data, allows you to understand your customers behavior. You can either use your corporate data sources via ADO, or directly your Outlook address books or text files to make your mailings easier.
