Needless to say that there's an integrated search engine you can use to quickly find specific words. Sadly enough, you'll only be able to search using English words, with no possibility to switch criteria or look up Urdu words for the English correspondent.

Good but far from being a pro

The implemented database is decent and you'll be able to find most words of interest. Multiple meanings are provided, along with info regarding type and similar spelling words. Urdu equivalent is also displayed and you can copy text to insert in other documents.
On the other hand, you don't really know whether or not the database is updated, with no prompts that ask you to go online or check for new entries in the dictionary. Furthermore, there's no possibility to edit any entry or add custom words, nor an implemented option to analyze the dictionary in Urdu.

In conclusion

All things considered, we can safely state that ASC Urdu-English-Urdu Dictionary is a handy application only if you are not sure about the Urdu language, with the overall design being in English, no options to switch, nor to search using Urdu characters. It properly functions and the content library is decent, but it would have been good to see a little more flexibility.
