The interface is the least strong point of the program, as the colors, lines, buttons, font and style look out-of-date. Configuring the program can be summarized to specifying if you prefer a predefined date format, adding one day to the remaining day value and not checking for hires that are about to expire soon automatically.
The utility also includes a calendar that enables you to calculate the yearly income based on the monthly rental fee you charge. Without denying this feature is useful, it would be nice if it allowed to account for the local taxes or enabled you to apply discounts.
