AutoDoc HSE is a powerful document management tool that allows you to route your printed or not printed files to faxes, email addresses, local folders.
The utility can translate the data in the files to colors for a more effective processing. Not only can you create a print job and send it to a specific device or set of devices, but you can send the files as attachments to emails, fax the data or save it to your computer.
The program can save the document to the specified local folder as a PDF or TIF, as well as archive it in XML, UBL and XBRL format.
Additionally, the tool can save variable data to a pre-made Excel sheet and map the information to the corresponding columns. AutoDoc HSE can send the result via email, fax, print, save as print or upload to an FTP location.
Alternatively, you can print the documents to PDFs, thanks to the advanced function, plus insert letterheads, append pages and archive the result.
ODBC connectivity is also supported, for managing the data from your files and write the information back into your database.
Other significant functions of AutoDoc HSE include sending the data through SMS to several phone numbers in your database or transfer it via VoIP.
The utility can automatically convert the text to speech and perform SIP/VoIP calls from your computer to the specified addresses.
You can use SAPI 4 or SAPI 5 voices to deliver your message in the language of choice to a maximum of 8 simultaneous recipients.
The AutoDoc HSE console can display the processed files in the activity log, along with the username, form, email address/fax number/path/printer and other notes.
It can count the number of send emails, SMS, VoIP, faxes, prints, PDF archives, XML and errors made in one session.
