AutomaticMail is a reliable email client for your desktop that allows you to quickly send bulk messages or to receive emails. The program is simple to use, lightweight and requires little configuration. Moreover, it allows you to filter the stored items, regardless if they are sent or received messages.

Quickly configure the recipients’ lists

AutomaticMail allows you to manually create the list of designated recipients, by entering their email addresses and names. Alternatively, you can import the list from a database, such as the ones created with Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel or MySQL.
You can easily add files as attachments to each email you send, as well as filter the information into custom columns. The program allows you to compose quick emails, by inserting pre-configured variables, such as recipient’s name or their email. You can manually create variable templates, using the designated form. Other preset commands include date and time, the day of the week, your name or subject.

Email client for your desktop

You need to configure AutomaticMail before you can use it as an email client and mailbox. The program can be associated with any email address and supports separate servers for incoming and outgoing emails.
Aside from the email address, you need to provide the POP3 and SMTP servers and ports, as well as enable the password encryption if required. Moreover, you can select an encoding algorithm for sending or receiving messages.
Additionally, the program features a powerful filtering system, which allows you to find or organize the sent/received emails based on the specified criteria.

Create emails using the wizard

AutomaticMail’s wizard for creating emails allows you to insert tables in the messages you compose and to configure the containing data. You can import the information and the table header structure from local files or databases. Alternatively, you can edit the email content using the Find and Replace functions.
