Schedule power options, alarms and file launches

AutoShut allows you to set your machine to shutdown, restart, hibernate, sleep, log the active user off, open any file (including launching applications), or display an alarm. Doing so can be easily achieved by choosing the date and time and selecting your desired action from the combo menu.
You can toggle between a 12- or a 24-hour display, according to your preference, by clicking the corresponding option. To set an event past the current day (at a sharp date and time), it's necessary to turn to the scheduler, where you can assign as many events as you wish, regardless of the event type (including opening files in the associated application).
To save you the trouble of creating events with the same settings in future settings, AutoShut gives you the possibility to create up to ten bookmarks.

Built-in keylogger to capture the desktop's activity

Aside from the scheduling capabilities, the program has a built-in keylogger that can run hidden to monitor typed characters and save this information to a file which gets regularly updated. It can capture text only, snapshots only, or both.
As a conclusion, AutoShut is a handy application that allows you to schedule various events on your computer, such as shutting down, standing by, restarting or launching an application.
