Baby Type is a software program that was developed with Delphi 4 so as to look like your child knows how to type, regardless of the keyboards he touches.

This product is portable and therefore, you are not required to go through an installation process. Moreover, it is not going to make any changes to the Windows registry without your prior approval.
By moving the program files to a portable storage unit (e.g. USB thumb drive), you make it possible to run Baby Type on any computer you come across, with just a click of the executable.

Clean GUI

The interface is very simple, seeing it only comprises of a menu bar and a pane in which to display your text. As a consequence, all types of users, including those less experienced, can easily learn how to handle Baby Type.

Options at your fingertips

This tool enables you to fool people into believing that your child can already type, by bringing up information from a text document. It also comes with a text sample, while you can also select a new one with ease from the hard drive with the help of a file browser, as long as it comes in a TXT format.
As a result, regardless of the keys your child uses, the text which appears in the main window is going to be the one you have uploaded. Aside from that, you can easily access the history from the menu bar. No other notable options are included.

A final assessment

It does not burden the computer’s performance as it requires an insignificant amount of resources in order to function fully. The interface is dedicated to all user categories, the response time is good and we did not detect any hangs or crashes in our tests.
All in all, it is safe to say that Baby Type is a pretty simple, yet handy and fun piece of software, that can fool people into thinking your baby knows how to type.
