BadBlocked FileCopier Description

Copying damaged files from one folder to another is very difficult if you don’t have the right software for this task and that’s why BadBlocked FileCopier may sound like a very appealing solution.
This lightweight solution was developed with a single goal in mind: help users copy corrupted files with minimum effort, providing a very interesting set of features to help in this regard.
The GUI is the element that makes everything very easy to use, especially because it groups the most important features right in the main window, while all the options can be accessed via a drop-down menu at the top of the same window.
While it may seem a very basic application at the first glance, the ace up its sleeve is the configuration menu that lets you configure the block size, copy method, copy dialog and priority, speed and data. You can for instance opt for high speed, high data or medium speed and data, or choose between multiple copy methods, namely byte by byte, buffered, by blocks and StdWin32.
These copy methods are actually the ones that help BadBlocked FileCopier become an effective tool when it comes to copying damaged files, but it’s worth mentioning that in some cases none of the aforementioned ones actually work.
On the other hand, this is a very fast and reliable software solution, running smoothly on all Windows versions and without asking for administrator privileges on Windows 7 workstations.
All things considered, BadBlocked FileCopier does what it says without assaulting the user with complex features. There’s no help file to explain the available options and this is actually one of the main aspects to be improved in the future.
