Security companies report that ransomware attacks are more and more frequent. What is the BarRax ransomware and how it acts

It uses RSA-2048 bit public-key cryptography or the AES algorithm to lock files, and affects the system's registry so as to be able to start with Windows and disable the Automatic Repair feature. Additionally, it might delete previously created restore points to make it impossible for you to retrieve data without paying the ransom.
But that is not all. Aside from encrypting files, BarRax is capable of collecting valuable information about the computer and the user and send it to a remote server, which can generate important vulnerabilities and further malware infections.

The BarRax Decryptor is meant to find the encryption key that the BarRax ransomware used to lock your files and help you regain access to your data.
It only runs in the command console so no options and no user interface is available. In other words, you just have to start it and the decryption process is initiated. You just have to wait for the decryptor to analyze your system and attempt to retrieve the key you need to unlock files. If the operation is successful, a message is displayed in the console and you should be able to open your files.
