Arrange files in the list

Batch Word Document Binder allows you to create a list of files that you wish to add to your resulting document. Make sure that you add them in the proper order since you cannot move the items higher or lower in the list. Moreover, the file arrangement is important, especially if they feature a certain succession.
Batch Word Document Binder does not support loading source files by dragging and dropping them into the list. Instead, you need to manually load them using the Add Files or Add Folder options.

Quickly set the conversion settings

An important reason for arranging the files in a particular order is the output format. The program can automatically set the format of the resulting document based on the extension of the first item in the list. Thus, if the first file features a *.doc extension, the merged document is saved in the same format, regardless of how many DOCX files are in the list.
Batch Word Document Binder enables you to set the name of the output file, as well as activate/deactivate the merging options. You can merge the files with the page break or insert their header/footer and section breaks.

Manage output folders

Batch Word Document Binder can automatically create a separate folder at the indicated location, in which to save the resulting file. By default, the output directory is the Desktop, but you can easily change it. Otherwise, you may save the result in the source folder of the first file in your list.
