Bersirc

Bersirc is an IRC client that allows users to connect to a wide array of servers and chat using either public channels or private messages. Just like any other similar app, it comes with a long list of built-in servers and can connect to an unlimited number of channels at the same time.
It packs a user-friendly interface that gives you quick access to all its main functions. Thanks to its overall simplicity and clean layout, it can be mastered by beginners and experts alike.
Bersirc provides multi-server support, and you can easily switch between windows, thanks to the multi-tabbed feature. In order to connect to a server you should specify the server name, password and port number.
The user profile provides basic editing options, as it allows you to add a username, real name and nickname. You may also create a list with all your favorite channels.
It is also possible to customize the application’s looks by changing the font settings for the server, and chat appearance. Bersirc allows users to save the conversations to plain text, or LOG format.
You can opt for an automatic connection, provided that you have added the server address and channel to the list. Moreover, the application is able to automatically connect to more than one server.
During our testing we have noticed that the application manages to carry out a task pretty quickly and without errors.
All things considered, Bersirc proves to be a handy IRC chat for Windows. It bundles a decent pack of features for helping you communicate with your friends efficiently.
