Best Flash Player Description
Best Flash Player is a lightweight and portable application which, as its name implies, allows you to play Flash video files (SWF and SPL). It can be easily figured out, even by inexperienced users.
Since installation is not necessary, you can save Best Flash Player on a USB flash drive or similar external device, store it on any computer and directly run its executable file.
The most important aspect is that the Windows Registry does not receive new entries, and no leftover files can be found on the hard drive after program removal. Plus, you can carry Best Flash Player with you whenever you're on the move.
The interface of the application is minimalistic. Loading a video can be done by using only the file browser because the 'drag and drop' method is not supported.
Unfortunately, Best Flash Player does not come with navigation buttons. But you can open the right-click menu to pause the video, disable looping mode, rewind the clip, go forward and back, as well as zoom in and out.
Furthermore, you can set the video quality (low, medium, high), switch to full screen mode, view the video with its original size. Unfortunately, Best Flash Player's features are limited. For example, you cannot create a playlist or navigate back and forth within the clip by moving a slider.
The Flash player runs on a very high amount of CPU and system memory, so it could end up hogging your computer's resources. It has a good response time and did not freeze, crash or pop up error dialogs during our tests. However, the app has not been updated for a long time.
