Birthday Agent  is a straightforward application that comes bundled lightweight to provide an efficient method to set reminders for future birthdays, and plan personal and professional meetings.

Approachable and clear-cut interface

Its installation is quick and simple, while the provided layout clean and self-explanatory. It's comes with the two categories (event, birthday), a file list, and quick toolbar.
Even though it lacks any kind of interface customization, visuals aren't a must, as long as the app fulfills its purpose. From the left sidebar you can switch between events and birthdays, while from the toolbar, you can easily create as many records as you want.

Plan future and recurrent assignments

Scheduling a new activity requires a name, a representative icon from the offered small collection, periodicity (once, daily, monthly), start date and time, and optional notes. In addition, you have to option to choose a custom sound alarm from the computer in WAV format and set a specific application to run on alert.

Enter the birthdays of your friends and co-workers

For the birthday, on the other hand, you have to fill in the name, icon, date of birth, notes, audio sound, as well as phone number, address, and email. From the options, you can set the tool to remind you with two or one weeks before the occasion. Plus, you can test the items beforehand to see if they are executed correctly.

Configure the properties to best fit with your needs

From the main settings, it's possible to enable the app to run at Windows Startup, show the icon in the systray, and configure hotkeys for new event and birthday. In addition, you can modify the date and time format to correspond with your local position.
