Bizzar.Server uses the incredible open source packages from Apache, PHP, MySQL, and phpMyAdmin; compiled into an installation executable which is already preconfigured for usage and automatically sets up start menu shortcuts. As always, everything Ive done is supported at my forum for free and this download, though it weighs in at 16 megs, is sure to be the quick and easy web server youve been looking for. There is also an uninstaller if you want to remove it.
