The main window has a plain and simple appearance, where you can choose between the imperial and metric system from a drop-down menu, depending on whether you're more comfortable using centimeters and kilograms or feed, inches and pounds.

After clicking the "Calculate" button, BMI Calculator reveals your BMI value and tell you whether you have the ideal weight or if you are underweight, overweight or obese.
Too bad that the developer hasn't implemented options for printing, saving or copying all this information to file, which would've been useful for keeping track of your progress when starting a new diet, for example.

Doesn't need to be installed

BMI Calculator is a portable app and comes packed in a single .exe file. You can save this item anywhere on the PC or copy it to an external storage device to effortlessly run the weight calculator on any machine without previous setup. Unlike many installers, it doesn't create new entries in the system registry or additional files on the disk.
