A message can be sent to a single Contact or Group, multiple Contacts or Groups, or both
Selecting Contacts to send messages to is quick and easy, as the Messenger resolves Contact's names as the characters are typed
Multiple Contact's names can be entered, separated by semi-colons
Each message has the option to Schedule delivery for any date and time you choose
Messenger will ensure that scheduled messages are stored on the network and delivered on the scheduled date and time
Hold down the Ctrl key to select multiple recipients for new messages
Available characters are updated as you type a message, ensuring you know before clicking Send that the message(s) will be sent
Exceeding the 160 character limit imposed by network protocol displays a negative character count
Unique information for each Contact can be saved and used as token fields to send a single personalized message to thousands of Contacts
This unique information can be updated and changed simply by importing a file
Replyability - Messenger enables you to receive replies from your SMS's
Replies to SMS's can be received on your mobile phone or your Messenger Inbox. [This option is not available in South Africa due to legislation]
Messenger has a built-in file compacting system to ensure the saved files do not become too large to handle. Click File, Compact Folders to refresh file size
The Messenger window, and the New Message windows, are resizable for your ease of use
Double click on a message in Sent Items to see the Status of the Message. A full report on all Messages sent is displayed, with a handy menu to see different classes of recipients - indispensable when dealing with 20,000 messages
Right click on a message in the Sent Items to query the progress of the Message on-line
Message icons in Sent Items are color coded for easy identification - Green for no problem; Red for problem, and White for waiting
Unread messages are displayed in bold, as in Outlook
Messages can be saved as Templates, ensuring the same message never needs to be typed again
Signatures can be created and saved for Standard and Personalized messages
