It is to shorten the design process so you dont have to use complicated drawing programs and still get your userbars. It offers many image effects and supports 32-bit alpha-blended graphics and offers total control over the userbar creation process. It can also run off an USB memory stick. It includes many scan line/highlight effects, customizable opacity/scale/position parameters for layers, and save or load project support.
