C-Traxx Renter

The program is a networkable management tool for an appliance rental/furniture leasing business. C-Traxx Renter holds customer relations information and provides debtor control features. The program is capable of automated recurring charges, producing invoices, statements and recording payments. It also records inventory and is capable of producing management information such as return on asset, % of time rented. The program can also handle rent to own/hire purchase transactions with built in calculators. C-Traxx Renter has a built in merge feature to allow client information to merge with contracts, letters. (requires MS Word) also print labels for inventory.

Fully configurable dropdown lists, sales taxes, and systems defaults. Optional login control to restrict user access to reports and system configuration. Comprehensive reporting including financial performance, demographics, inventory control. Version 2.0 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
