You can now stay in touch with your colleagues faster and more efficiently by sending an instant message instead of an e-mail message. Send a short message instantly or a large file in a matter of seconds.
Instant messaging means instant responses:
Save valuable time and resources by either sending or broadcasting a new message or sending a reply in response to an instant message you have received.
Group and offline broadcasting of your instant messages:
Broadcast instant messages to an entire group in your office just as easily as you post to a single recipient even if they are currently off-line. If a colleague is not available at the time of broadcasting, your message will be delivered immediately after they sign into their CD Messenger account.
An absence of casual conversation so typical of an IM:
Admin can now view the communication exchanged among employees through chat transcript. No chit chat here.
Built-in scheduling functionality:
You can now schedule the delivery of your instant message to a co-worker or the entire group at a preset time. Using the CD Messenger, you can even send scheduled announcements or regular reminders with customizable schedules for both single and repeat events.
