The first thing that you need to do after launching the application is to open or create a new image library with pictures from your computer. Simply add the images that you would like to analyze.

Analyze digital images easily

The program creates hierarchical albums/image structure. Images from hard disk can be imported into albums inside the application so you can analyze them easily. It counts cells inside images and stored them in a database.
You can adjust the analysis criteria, change the size, the number of dark objects, contrast, light objects and intensity. It enables you to query the database and retrieve images with relevant cell information. You can link images to an album (an image can belong to more than one album).

More features and tools

You can add annotation to any image. Later these annotations can be used to search images. CellAnalyst can visualize all the standard image formats: TIFF, JPG, BMP, PNG. In addition to these standard 2D formats, cellAnalyst can also visualize biological 3D, 4D and 5D images.
You can even apply various filters to your images, including blurring and rotation. You also have the option to enhance the image and adjust brightness, contrast, color balance, gamma correction and saturation if you want.
