Chinotes Star9 Description

Chinotes-Star9 features Star9 Chinese Input Method which mimics handwriting over the keypad on the right of a PC keyboard. It is a stroke-based Chinese writing method which helps a Chinese learner to master Chinese character writing mechanisms. To speed up writing, its innovative feature, triple-key-input, allows three keys being pressed together to express a sequence of strokes. It is also a good input tool for people who can write Chinese but are not familiar with PinYin. Chinese is a two dimensional character based language.
