Ciphers all Description

Ciphers all aims to provide you with a way to encrypt files in your computer and generate enciphered text documents, in order to prevent others from accessing your sensitive or confidential data.
The interface is not appealing at all and due to the poor translation, the application can be rather difficult to use. You may bump into options that are not intuitive at all and lots of tries and experiments are needed before you understand what each function actually does.
The GUI only comprises a few buttons and the 'CODE' section, which includes the user-defined encryption key. You can either type it in manually or import it from an existing text file using the 'to open' function.
The password can contain any type of input, such as lower and upper case letters, numbers, symbols and special characters, but its length must be of at least 30 characters, otherwise Ciphers all refuses to carry on with the encoding process. The 0 – 5 switches define the encryption strength, with 5 being the most secure encoding algorithm.
Once you go through all these steps, you can proceed to encrypting a file by pressing the 'to cipher' button. You are then prompted to choose the input text file, which is immediately encrypted into a sequence of random symbols and letters and saved to your computer.
This encoded document can be transferred to your friends or acquaintances, without worrying that the content might be intercepted, since the text can only be deciphered using the initial password. The 'to keep' option enables you to save the entered passphrase locally in TXT format.
All these steps can be repeated using the same input file, which means that you can cipher a document repeatedly, thus increasing its security level.
Ciphers all is capable of encrypting your important documents and keep them away from prying eyes. On the downside, it could use some improvements to make it more user-friendly, since the poor translation of the 'Help' section can make users switch to another encryption tool without second thoughts.
