CKZ Time Clock Description

Employee List Clock In/Out:
CKZ Time Clock gives you 2 options for how your employees clock in and out.
By selecting the list option your employees simply click on there name and click on the "Clock In" or "Clock Out" button depending on their current status.
User Name Clock In/Out:
CKZ Time Clock gives you 2 options for how you employees clock in and out.
By selecting the username / email address option your employees simply type in their username and hit the "Enter Key" depending on there current status the system will automatically clock them In or Out.
System Administration:
The administration section within the CKZ Time Clock Software allows you to manage every aspect of the system along with running any and all payroll reports.
Clocked In Employees:
The Currently Clocked In Employees screen allows you to get a quick overview of all employees that are currently clock in and the time that they clocked in at.
Edit Employee Information:
The Edit Employee Information screen gives you a simple and clean way to update any employee information within the system inclduing their usernames and passwords along with selecting whether or not this employee is a Supervisor.
Edit Employee Time:
The Edit Employee Times screen allows you to adjust the Date and Time of any specific record for an employee in the event they either forgot to clock in or out.
Time Card Detail:
Not only does CKZ Time Clock produce the most professional reports around, we also allow you to export all data to the following formats :Adobe Acrobat PDF, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
