ClickPalette Description

Designed to be as unobtrusive and as efficient as possible, ClickPalette is a chic, little tool that allows you to save and manage all your favorite color palettes.

A minimalist color manager for Windows and macOS

Since it's an Electron-based application, it undergoes a streamlined installation that does not require any type of intervention on your behalf. It also comes with a companion app for macOS, in case you're switching between a Windows PC and a Mac while working on your projects.
Minimalism is probably the concept that describes this app best. There are no fancy menus or other groovy UI elements, just a compact main window and three or four buttons, and that's about it.

Novice-accessible UI and straightforward workflow

As you can imagine, working with such a no-frills app is hardly challenging but, as strange as it might sound, it might take a bit of getting used to. To start working with the app, click the plus shaped button from the upper-right corner and either enter your color code in the dedicated field or use the color-picker-tool to accurately select the color shade from anywhere on your computer's screen.
To save a color, click Enter or keep going and add some more colors until your palette is completed and then save the results. From this point onwards, you simply need to click any color from the palette, and the codes are automatically copied to your computer's clipboard.

Keep ClickPalette always within your reach by minifying its UI

As we all can imagine, when it comes to a tool such as this one there's another interesting aspect that should not be neglected, and that's size. Basically, it's imperative to be able to use your color manager and access the color codes as fast and as efficiently as possible and, for this, it usually means having them right at your side on your computer's desktop.
Well, you'll be glad to hear that you can minify ClickPalette's UI by clicking the icon in the extreme upper left corner. To revert the effect, simply click the "hamburger" menu, from the opposite side.

Respectable and honest, little color manager

Clearly, ClickPalette is not the best tool of this sort. However, it has a few things going for it. For starters, it's cross-platform, it looks good, works well, and we especially loved the fact that it has a "shrinkable" UI.
Things might become even better in the future with the addition of various features like update checker, better Windows integration (Taskbar and other menus), support for color snippets, and, of course, an improved color-picker tool (which currently lacks a bespoke pointer).
