Cloudship aims to help you organize your daily activity in such a manner that you can increase productivity and workflow. To do so, it monitors task progress, handles your to-do lists and enables you to take notes, uploading all the data to the cloud for safe keeping and easy access regarding of location.

User-friendly environment to work in

Since it connects to a storage cloud, an account is required to use Cloudship. Once logged in, you are welcomed by a well-organized and intuitive interface where you can start creating your first project.
The dashboard provides one-click access to all the tasks, resources and the calendar, also displaying information at a glance regarding the active projects, the current task and its duration so far.

Manage tasks and take notes

With Cloudship you can manage all your to-do tasks from a single window, assign them detailed notes, comments, associate checklists and add attachments that are relevant to the project. You can edit the deadline and monitor the time needed to complete different tasks, which are then automatically sent to a separate section.
The calendar enables you to schedule events and efficiently manage your appointments. Also, there is a dedicated section to manage all the project resources, which can be easily cloned or moved to another project.

Backup your task list to the cloud

Cloudship is a complete note taking and task management application that comes with a bonus: cloud support. Thus, not only that you can create notes and organize your tasks offline, but you will be able to access it at a later time on a machine that doesn't have Cloudship installed.
