CodeMixer is a collection of stand alone programs like CodeMixer-Red, CodeMixer-Blue. Each CodeMixer program can be used for encoding a personal document individually or you can mix them together. The real advantage is when you encode the document with two-word password and with two different CodeMixer programs. The aim is better remembered passwords. For decoding you have to know which program of CodeMixers was used and in which order, otherwise you not get correct result. Pick two of CodeMixer set, for example CodeMixer-Red and CodeMixer-Blue. Run CodeMixer-Red, enter a password FIRST and encode the document. Then run CodeMixer-Blue, enter the password SECOND to encode the document further. You can go as far as you like, but twice should be fine. For decoding use reverse procedure: Run CodeMixer-Blue, enter the password SECOND and decode the document. Then run CodeMixer-Red, enter a password FIRST and decode finally the document.
