Colourz

Colourz is a user-friendly and efficient piece of software which aims to offer you the means of automatically generating random colors and their corresponding codes in HEX and RGB format, allowing you to use them in your design-related assignments.

No installation needed

Subsequent to the download process, you can just double-click the executable to run it, as it is not necessary to install the program on your computer to be able to work with it.
As a result, you can easily place Colourz on a removable storage device, like a USB stick, carrying it with you wherever you may need it and using it on all compatible computers, without having to sit through lengthy installation procedures.

Clean and intuitive appearance

The application offers a simple and straight-forward interface, making use of tabs to organize its several functions, the most important of which are ‘Color Generator’ and ‘Saved Colors’.
The main tab enables you to manually drag the slides for ‘Red’, ‘Green’ and ‘Blue’ to create your own mixes, while the ‘Choose Color’ button lets you work with a color picking component, that can determine the shade you hover your mouse cursor over.

Mix or generate colors

Colourz lets you come up with your own colors using the provided sliders for ‘Red’, ‘Green’ and ‘Blue’, retrieving the corresponding codes in RGB and HEX simultaneously, either of which can be copied to clipboard with a single button push, even displaying a preview of the color, before saving it to the tool’s memory.
The application features the ability to generate a random color, while also enabling you to automatically run it multiple times, storing all the codes to the ‘Saved Colors’ tab, until you press the ‘Stop’ button. However, you cannot set the number of loops, nor can you export all the items to a file, meaning you need to do that by hand.
