CompHelpGen Description

CompHelpGen creates a standard Rich Text format (RTF) file and a Microsoft HelpWorkshop project file. Use the Microsoft HelpWorkshop that ships with Delphi to compile the helpfile. It can be found in / Program Files / Borland / Delphi4 / Help / Tools.
This version of CompHelpGen uses RTF templates to create RTF files. This will be done away with in future releases. Do NOT modify these RTF template files.
