Convert to PDF is a straightforward and intuitive utility designed to offer a professional and fast method of converting multiple documents to PDF items. The program supports over 500 formats some of them being DOC, XLS, PPT, VSD, WDB, DWG, CDR, RTF, TXT and JPG.
The program is a multilingual software that includes English, Chinese, German, French, Italian, Japanese and offers a colorful and user-friendly interface with a basic ribbon menu on the upper part of the window, followed by a file list and conversion progress bar at the bottom.

Choose and manage various records

From the menu, the app offers a variety of options to choose from, such as the settings, skin and language panel, as well as distinct sections containing all file types, office, common formats, text or images.
After adding records, the tool displays their name, type and creation date. Plus, you can rename or delete the document, set the output path for the current item, along with its properties. Unfortunately, Convert to PDF doesn't offer options to customize the output page layout, for example, inserting multiple images in the same document, when converting multiple pictures.

Configure general settings

From the "Setting" menu, you can change the format between simple PDF and PDF/A, the save directory, as well as enable the option to apply compression to files, and do linearization. Plus, it lets you choose the sheet export mode, all pages or specific ones, and set specific values of margins.
Last but not least, you can change the interface language from English, French, German, Chinese or Japanese, and customize the skin. However, the app doesn't provide a function to display a report if errors are encountered during conversion, or apply encryption and passwords to valuable documents.

The bottom line is that Convert to PDF is a straightforward and accessible tool that comes in handy when you want to convert different types of files to PDF quick and easy. It consumed little resources and during our testing no errors were encountered.
