Cookies Manager is a lightweight and portable application that gives you the possibility to control cookies saved in Internet Exploorer by deleting the ones you don't need and preserving the rest.
This way, you can prevent servers from keeping track of your personal information. It comes bundled with an uncomplicated configuration set that can be tackled with ease, even by those with no experience in such software.

Doesn't require setup

There is no installation pack available but you can copy the downloaded files to a preferred directory on the computer as well as keep them stored on a pen drive to run the tool on any PC without setup. It doesn't tinker with the system registry configuration or create files on the disk without asking for your permission.

Effortlessly remove cookies from Internet Explorer

When it comes to the interface, Cookies Manager adopts a single window that displays three separate panes. IE cookies are automatically detected at startup and displayed in the middle column.
Selected ones can be added to the left column to keep them safe, while the others can be appended to the right column for elimination. Once the task is finished, the tool quits to the desktop automatically. It doesn't show a message dialog on the screen to let you know when the task is over.

Evaluation and conclusion

Although the developer hasn't updated this tool for a long time, we haven't experienced any compatibility issues with newer Windows or Internet Explorer iterations in our testing. Cookies were cleaned swiftly while RAM and CPU usage stayed low.
On the other hand, Cookies Manager has a small set of features and doesn't make room for customization. For instance, it doesn't support any other web browsers than Internet Explorer. Nonetheless, you can resort to it for straightforward cookie management if you're an IE user.
