Cool 3GP Converter

Cool 3GP Converter is an application that you can use to encode video files of multiple formats (e.g. RM, AVI, MPG, WMV, VOB, MOV) to the 3GP extension.
The interface of the software is plain and easy to work with. Video clips can be imported into the list via the file browser or treeview only, because the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is allowed.
In the queue you can check out the source path of each video. So, all you have to do is specify the output directory and extension, so that you can proceed with the encoding job.
But you can also change audio and video preferences when it comes to the quality, frame rate, size, sample frequency rate and channel mode. Plus, you can move items up and down in the list, remove an item from the queue or clear the entire thing, as well as change the interface skin.
The simplistic video conversion program requires a low-to-moderate amount of system resources, has a good response time, quickly finishes a task, includes a brief help file with snapshots and didn't freeze, crash or pop up errors during our tests. However, Cool 3GP Converter doesn't do a good job when it comes to preserving the image and sound quality. We suggest you look for something more powerful than this tool.
