Costco for Lightroom (USA) is a user-friendly and practical piece of software developed as a plugin for the advanced picture editor, Adobe Lightroom, its main purpose residing in offering users the possibility of exporting newly edited images to the printing service provided by Costco.
Following a brief and uneventful setup operation, the utility integrates itself into Lightroom, allowing users to access it whenever they wish to transfer a picture. The dedicated window of the editor allows users to select the export destination from a drop-down menu, which, in this case, would be ‘Costco Photo Centre’.
Bear in mind that for the upload process to undergo successfully, there are a few requirements users need to satisfy. Namely, they need to have an online account on the Costco website, as they will have to provide access credentials (email address and password) to login.
Secondly, Costco for Lightroom needs to be authorized on the printing service’s website. However, users can log out of their account or remove the authorization at any time, should they no longer wish to work with the utility.
