CoView

CoView is a software application built specifically for helping you read your favorite digital comics on your computer.
The clean and intuitive layout is what sets this program apart from other dedicated utilities. All actions can be carried out using hotkeys or the mouse, so there is plenty of room left for focusing only on reading the materials and adjusting the digital comics to your preferred viewing mode.
By default, the tool runs in a full screen mode, and you are allowed to zoom in or out, fit the image to the screen, display two pages on the screen, go to the previous or next page using your mouse, and view all items stored in the selected directory displayed as small photos.
CoView offers support for the following file formats: CBR, CBZ, RAR, ZIP, BMP, JPG, GIF, PNG, ICO, DIB, and WMF.
The program gives you the possibility to export the current page to JPG, BMP, PNG, and GIF file format, view file properties (e.g. size, creation and modification dates), use the built-in magnifier, and change the background color.
One of the best features included in this utility enables you to enhance the quality of your images by altering the levels of brightness, contrast, gamma, and hue, and applying special effects, such as blur, smooth, edge contrast, outline, and grayscale.
Last but not least, you are allowed to flip or rotate the page to different angles, configure the mouse behavior, as well as create bookmarks.
During our testing we have noticed that CoView carries out a task quickly, provides very good output results, and no errors showed up throughout the entire process. It doesn’t stress up the CPU and memory, so the overall performance of the computer is not affected.
All in all, CoView proves to be a reliable application that packs a handy set of tools for enhancing you digital comics reading experience. The intuitive layout makes it an ideal utility for rookies and professionals alike.
